Warm up

This is probably the most versatile start for a fitness session. All trainers ask you to do on a brisk walk to warm up. You should walk or run for at least 5 minutes to warm up your body.

Squats

Squats is another highly loved candidate, every fitness enthusiast will swear by this and convince you to do it as well. It is quite simple, you just have to stand parallel to your shoulders and bend the hip with your hands behind your head.

This one is probably our favorite. It is just like a regular push but instead of putting your palms on the ground you put them on something that is higher.

This one is quite basic and loved by beginners. You simply jump with your hands straight in the air and your legs absolutely straight.
